Baby Steps

Going into the studio, we knew "Mind Readers" was going to be the first track we laid down. (We also need to make moves on that song first becasue of our plans for it in the nearing future... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WIzHhEvw8Fs) Well..... Recording it was easier said than done. This song has been one of our favorites and was chosen to be the single because of how much energy revolves around it live and it's interaction with the crowd, but getting that kind of magic to happen in the studio is not as simple as pressing record. After many many takes, days, a few meltdowns, and David Miner working his magic on the board, we finally made that song come to life through the speakers and the end result far exceeded expectations. Here's a quick video of the song just when we were starting to get over the hump.
